🌿 Affordable Self-Care Tips for Women in University

             by Natadecoco

1. 🌙 Evening Brisk Walks or Light Runs

One of my favorite ways to unwind is by going on a brisk walk in the evening. It’s a moment where I leave my room, plug in my earphones, and just walk with no pressure. Sometimes I jog too and I track it using Strava, which helps me stay motivated and see my own progress. Not only is this good for physical health, but it’s also great for clearing the mind after a long day of lectures or screen time.

2. 📓 Digital Journaling

Another soothing routine I love is journaling. I personally use the Paper app on my iPad, which allows me to sketch, write, and decorate my thoughts in creative ways. Whether it's jotting down how my day went, writing about what I’m grateful for, or simply dumping emotions onto the page, journaling helps me feel lighter and more in control.

3. 🎧 Listen to Music That Speaks to You

I often create playlists for different moods, calming tracks for journaling, energetic beats for walking, and even emotional songs when I just need to feel. Music has this magical way of making you feel understood and grounded, especially during stressful weeks.

4. 💧 Simple Skincare is Self-Care

You don’t need a 10-step routine. Just cleansing your face and applying moisturizer and sunscreen can make you feel fresh and cared for. I love trying skincare products that are budget-friendly but effective.
