๐Ÿงฅ✨ Pinterest Inspo vs Reality: Tweed Jacket Edition

By Eisya

Tweed jackets have always given that boujee but effortless vibe  something about them just screams soft luxury and timeless class. I’ve been saving a bunch of looks on Pinterest for weeks, and finally decided to recreate one with my own twist.

Not gonna lie, I was a bit nervous about how it would turn out. Sometimes the “Pinterest vs reality” thing can go either way. But when I put it on, everything came together so nicely. The fit, the color, the vibe it gave exactly what I imagined. ๐Ÿค

I love how a simple piece like a tweed jacket can completely level up a whole outfit. It's giving clean girl meets cool girl energy. This look made me feel confident, put-together, and honestly… kinda expensive ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Big shoutout to Pinterest for the inspo and to my wardrobe for actually delivering. Definitely repeating this fit again.

Shot It. Edited It. Won It. ๐Ÿ†

On 25 February 2025, we had the chance to showcase our short film DENGKI at a screening event hosted by the degree students. After weeks of planning, filming, and editing, all our effort finally paid off  we won third place ๐Ÿ†

This project was more than just an assignment. It taught us about teamwork, patience, and how every small idea can turn into something great when everyone gives their best ๐Ÿ™Œ

To my teammates, thank you for the energy, effort, and endless support throughout the process. So proud of us and what we created together ๐Ÿค✨ Can’t wait for more creative adventures ahead!

To the Girls Who Made Life Brighter ๐Ÿ’–

By Nayli

Let’s be honest, life just wouldn’t be the same without our girls by our side. From crying over that one exam we thought we aced (but didn’t ๐Ÿ˜ญ) to laughing at the most random things that make absolutely no sense, friendship is everything. As girls, having good friends is not just about having people to hang out with… it’s about having a safe space, a support system, and people who just get you without even saying a word.

Growing up, I always thought best friends were just the ones you eat with during recess or borrow pens from during class. But over time, I’ve learned that true friendship goes way beyond that. My high school besties were the ones who saw me through awkward phases and first heartbreaks (and probably have the most embarrassing photos of me too ๐Ÿ˜‚) Now in university, I’ve found another kind of sisterhood, the ones who stay up late studying with me, rant about assignments, and hype me up when I wear a new outfit.

Friendship in a girl’s life is so important because we go through so much — emotionally, mentally, hormonally (iykyk ๐Ÿ˜…) Having girlfriends who uplift you, cheer you on, and keep you grounded is such a blessing. They’re the people you can cry with, dance with, and even sit in silence with and still feel full.

So to all my girls, from high school to uni, thank you for being the sunshine in my life. Thank you for always being there, for the memes, the heart-to-hearts, and even the chaos. Life is prettier (and funnier) with all of you around.

☆ My First Girls Trip Abroad: Indonesia, You Have My Heart ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉๅฝก

By Nayli

I still can’t believe it — I finally went on my first trip outside the country, and it was with my girls! This trip to Indonesia will forever hold a special place in my heart. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always dreamed of travelling the world. And now, at the age of 21, I finally made that dream come true — with my own hard-earned money! I feel so proud of myself for taking this step, and even prouder that I did it independently.

Our journey started in Jakarta, where we stayed for 3 days, exploring the bustling city, trying street food, and soaking in the culture. Then, we spent our last two days in Bandung — and oh my, I fell in love. Even though I’ve always considered myself a city girl, there’s just something so magical about Bandung. The cool breeze, the stunning views, the calming nature — it felt like a peaceful escape. If I could, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

This trip taught me so much — how to be independent, how to make decisions on my own without my family around, and how to be brave in unfamiliar places. But most of all, it gave me memories I’ll cherish forever. From laughing till our stomachs hurt to late-night talks in our hotel room, this trip was everything I hoped for and more. I can’t wait to explore more countries, create more memories, and continue this journey of discovering the world — one trip at a time. ๐Ÿ’—

To all the girls out there — don’t wait for the perfect moment. Work hard, save up, and create your own adventures. You deserve to see the world and feel proud of every little milestone.

๐ŸŒธ♡ My Pink Glowing Makeup Look ♡๐ŸŒท

By Nayli

(*≧∀≦*)☆ๅฝก

Hey loves!๐Ÿ’Œ Today I’m sharing how I created this Pink Glowing Makeup Look — it’s super simple, beginner-friendly, and perfect for daily or special occasions. Let’s get into the products I used so you can easily recreate the look๐ŸŒธ

๐ŸŒท1. Foundation๐ŸŒท

Foundation is key to brighten up dull skin and create a flawless base. I’m using the Alha Alfa Luminous Silk Foundation — lightweight yet high coverage. It blends so well and doesn’t feel heavy at all. Honestly, this is my holy grail!

⭐️2. Concealer⭐️

For concealer, I’ve been loyal to the L’Orรฉal Infallible in Ivory since high school! I use it under my eyes, chin, and forehead for that bright, lifted look. Affordable and so reliable!

๐ŸŒธ3. Cream Blush๐ŸŒผ

I used Maaez Cream Blush in Berry Cake, a beautiful pink shade that gives a natural glow. It instantly brightens my face and gives that sweet, fresh finish. My go-to for that “glowing from within” vibe.

๐ŸŒฑ4. Brows๐ŸŒฑ

I used the viral Brow It Eyebrow Pencil — simple, precise, and beginner-friendly. Not much to say… it’s just that good!

๐Ÿงš๐Ÿป‍♀️5. Powder๐Ÿงš๐Ÿป‍♀️

I set everything with Maaez Powder, and I swear this powder is life-changing! It blurs my pores and makes my skin feel so smooth. If you haven’t tried it, you’re seriously missing out. I’d give it 100/10 ⭐️

๐Ÿ’„6. Lips๐Ÿ’„

For lips, I used Maaez Lipmatte in Halawa and topped it with Barenbliss Lip Gloss. The combo gives the perfect pink glossy pout. Obsessed!

๐Ÿ’„๐Ÿ‘›˚✧₊⁎๐Ÿงš๐Ÿป‍♀️๐ŸŒท☆ๅฝก

As you can tell, I’m a big fan of Maaez — proudly Malaysian and truly underrated. Let’s support more local brands, okay girls? ๐Ÿ’• That’s all for today, can’t wait to share more soon!

๐Ÿ•️A Wild Night Out with Family: Lost World of Tambun Night Safari ๐Ÿพ๐ŸŒ™

By Nayli

Our recent short trip to ☆ Lost World of Tambun Night Safari☆  was totally unplanned – and honestly, that’s what made it even more special. My mom suggested the idea last minute because both my parents had been super busy with work lately. They just wanted to spend some quality time with us, and as a student juggling classes and assignments, I really needed this break too.

It became a little healing vacation for me — a chance to escape the stress of university life and just be present with the people I love most ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

It was actually our first time as a family visiting the night safari, and it was such a fun and unique experience! The whole atmosphere made me feel like I was in a real jungle — almost like one of those wildlife explorers you see on Nat Geo Wild, minus the hunting part ๐Ÿ•️๐Ÿ˜‚

The highlight for me was definitely getting to interact with the animals. I got to touch a capybara (yes, the internet’s favorite animal!) and even feed a tapir up close. There’s something so magical about connecting with animals like that — it felt calm, peaceful, and surprisingly heartwarming.

I didn’t take many photos because I wanted to truly live in the moment and appreciate every second with my family. It reminded me how important it is to pause, breathe, and just be with the people who matter most. Can’t wait for more adventures with them. Till our next trip — bye for now! ๐Ÿฅฐ

                         ☆  Where My Taste Buds

Went on a Tokyo Adventure ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿฃ

By Nayli

If you’re a Japanese food lover like me, then you need to add Kingu Kongu KL to your foodie bucket list! This viral spot has been all over social media, and I couldn’t resist checking it out for myself. Since I planned to go on a Saturday, I booked my table a day earlier – I’ve heard how crazy the lines can get on weekends, and let’s be honest, no one likes waiting when you’re hungry! The vibe of the restaurant is super aesthetic and cozy, giving off major Tokyo street-style energy with a modern twist.

I went all out and tried most of their signature dishes. But the highlight of my meal? Definitely the salmon rolls. They were unbelievably fresh, creamy, and packed with flavour. I swear I couldn’t stop smiling after each bite! It was the kind of food that just makes you feel happy inside. Kingu Kongu truly lives up to the hype – every dish felt like a little celebration on a plate.
