🩷 There is just something so special about high school friends. They were there through all the awkward teenage years the stress of exams the silly drama the laughter in between classes and those after school hangouts that we swore were the best days of our lives. We may have grown up and moved on to new chapters now but the memories we created together back then still live in our hearts like it all happened just yesterday…
🩵We were just a bunch of students trying to survive school life but somehow in between group projects surprise tests canteen lunches and school trips we found something so genuine friendship. The kind that felt so pure and fun and full of energy. We did not need fancy places or expensive outings to be happy. Sometimes just sitting together on the school corridor floor sharing snacks and stories felt like the best thing in the world…
💛The bonds we built in high school were so raw and real. We saw each other on our good days and bad days. We knew each other’s favorite teachers our crushes our struggles with certain subjects and even how sleepy we got during boring classes. We had matching keychains matching scribbles on our notebooks and sometimes even matching hairstyles just for fun. We made promises to stay friends forever and even though time has passed and life gets busier that promise still means so much…
🤍What makes high school friends so special is that they knew you before you really knew yourself. Before adulthood responsibilities and distance they saw the unfiltered version of you and loved you anyway. That kind of friendship is irreplaceable…
❤️No matter where we are now no matter how long we go without seeing each other high school friends will always have a permanent place in our hearts. They are the kind of memories we smile about randomly the kind that we will tell our future kids about someday. Because truly high school friends are not just friends they are one of the best and most unforgettable parts of our lives <3
