♡ From Pasar Malam to Pop Up Booth: My Small Business Journey 🗒️ ♡
By Nayli
💗Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved the idea of selling and running a business. That passion didn’t just appear out of nowhere. It started with my parents. I grew up watching both my mom and dad work so hard, selling all kinds of things at the pasar malam just to support our family. From food to toys to anything they could find, they did everything they could to earn a living. Watching their hard work and dedication truly inspired me. That’s where my love for business was born.
🖇️Today, I’ve started my own little journey. A small business selling accessories and makeup for girls. I even opened up a booth at Kedai KL. At first, I was honestly really nervous. I kept thinking, “What if no one stops by?” But slowly, the fear faded. People came, showed love, and supported us. It made me feel proud and reminded me why I started this in the first place. There’s something so special about seeing someone happy with a product you picked, packed, and sold yourself.
🌷Right now, I’ll admit I haven’t been giving my full focus to the business because I’m still finishing my diploma. But deep down, I know that my heart truly belongs to building something of my own. Once I complete my studies, I’m ready to come back stronger with more energy, more passion, and a bigger vision. This is only the beginning and I can’t wait to keep growing. For myself, for my family, and for the little girl who used to dream of having her own shop one day.
