My First Day of Driving Class 🚦

Today was finally the day!!!! The beginning of my journey towards getting a driver’s license 🚘 And where did this mini adventure start? Kuala Kubu Bharu. A town surrounded by greenery, chill vibes… and apparently, lots of road signs. 

I went with Nayli, and thank God for that. Without her, I probably would’ve looked lost the whole time. We both arrived at the driving academy a little too early (as nervous girls do), holding our forms, IC, and hearts full of anxiety. The moment we stepped into the classroom, it felt like we were back in school just minus the uniform but plus the pressure of learning about road laws we never really paid attention to before 😭

The 6-hour lecture? Honestly… it tested my attention span big time. There were parts where I really tried to focus like when they explained traffic signs and basic car rules but other times I just stared at the clock and hoped for a time skip 😂 Thank God for the breaks, snacks, and small talks with Nayli that kept me sane.

We even took some cute (and chaotic) pictures to mark the moment. Because let’s be real even though it was “just a class”, it’s still a big step. From never touching a steering wheel to learning what a clutch is (still confused btw), this day means something.

Overall, the experience was tiring, nerve-wracking… but also exciting. It’s the start of something new. One step closer to being on the road — legally! 🚗💨
